Today's story was "Hansel and Gretel".

The children played Candy Land.
They counted the different colored gum drops on the witches house.

Our other students were unprepared to teach, so I threw together a few activities for them. One group used the geo boards to make designs with rubber bands.

Another group played a matching game.

We worked together to complete an alphabet puzzle.

We also painted.

On Friday we read "My B Book".

We made bracelets out of beads.

We colored a blue bird and a blue fish and we traced the word "blue".

We colored and cut out pictures of bees then we glued them to popsicle sticks. The children then chased me around the room trying to sting me with their bees.
